How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is super easy! Think of it like a little virtual shopping trip with a friend.
Browse & Find Your Faves: Take a peek around our shop and find the items you love! Click on any product that catches your eye to see all the details.
Add to Your Bag: Found something you can't live without? Just select any options like color or size (if applicable) and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your shopping bag will appear in the corner of your screen.
Review Your Bag: Ready to checkout? Click on your shopping bag to review your items. Make sure everything looks perfect! You can adjust quantities or remove items here.
Checkout Time!: Click the "Checkout" button and you'll be guided through our secure checkout process. You'll enter your shipping address, choose your preferred shipping method, and enter your payment details.
Confirmation & Happy Dance!: Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We'll then get to work packing up your order with love and care!

Do you offer expedited shipping?
You bet we do! We know that sometimes you need your goodies in a hurry, and we're here to make that happen. We offer a few expedited shipping options so you can choose the one that best fits your needs and timeline.
When you're at the checkout, you'll see all the available shipping options, including our faster ones. These options will show you estimated delivery dates and the cost, so you can pick what works best for you.
If you're in a real time crunch, or if you have any special requests, just shoot us a message! We're happy to see if we can work some extra magic to get your order to you even faster. We love making sure you get your items when you need them!
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We're happy to help if we can! Since we try to get your orders packed and shipped out as quickly as possible, it depends on how far along your order is in our process.
Reach out to us ASAP! We'll do our absolute best to make any changes or cancel your order for a full refund. Just send us an email at ribbonandrings@gmail.com and we'll get right on it.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes or cancel the order at that point. But don't worry! You can always take a peek at our return policy once you receive your package. We're happy to help you with a return or exchange if needed!

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
We're so sorry to hear that your order might be lost or damaged. We know how disappointing that can be, especially when you're excited to receive your goodies. Don't worry, we're here to help make things right!
Sometimes, packages can take a little detour on their way to you. If your tracking information hasn't updated in a while or your package seems to be missing, please reach out to us! We'll work with the shipping carrier to track it down. If we can't find it, we'll happily send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Accidents happen, and sometimes packages get bumped around during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and items right away and send them to us! We'll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible, or if the item is no longer available, we can issue a refund.

What items are not eligible for return?
We're happy to accept returns on most of our items, but there are a few exceptions. Since we create many items especially for you, personalized pieces like our monogrammed ring boxes and custom vow books are final sale and not eligible for return.
Think of it this way: these items are made just for you, with your names, dates, or specific details. Because of that, they're truly one-of-a-kind and we wouldn't be able to resell them.
We totally understand that things don't always work out, so if you have any questions or concerns about a personalized item before you order, please don't hesitate to reach out! We're happy to provide extra photos, details, or answer any questions you might have to make sure you're completely happy with your choice.
